Questions
Which email providers work with Mailbind?
Any provider that offers IMAP and SMTP: Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud, Yahoo, OVHcloud, IONOS, Infomaniak, your own server. Mailbind detects the settings from your address; for Gmail and Outlook you use an app password.
Is my password safe?
Mailbox passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, are never shown again (not to you, not to your team) and are only used to connect to your provider. Your Mailbind login supports two-step verification and passkeys.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Mailbind installs as an app on iPhone, Android and desktop from the browser, works offline for recent mail and sends your outbox when you are back online.
What does the AI do with my email?
Only the message you open is sent to the AI provider, only to produce the summary or draft you asked for, and never to train models. You can turn AI off for your account or for one mailbox.
